Sent to South Tipperary County Council 2 minutes later
The closed up Japanese Engine premises beside the army barracks has the "building site" style barriers up but they are not secured - I can see them being pulled aside and the ivy growing on the wall is being disturbed - its a sign that people are entering and leaving the premises.
To avoid another situation like the Clonmel Arms developing in the middle of this residential and shopping area could the landowner or the council take responsibility for this security weakness and secure this yard as a matter of urgency before the situation becomes unmanageable - there have been attempted break-ins at the adjoining premises that back onto the this area that may be related to this activity.
Hard to see but you can make it out where its being disturbed
Area is still as described
same as originally described
