Massively overgrown tree

Reported in the Tree and Grass Maintenance category by David Hillery. at 23:41, Thu 6 July 2017
Sent to Dublin City Council 3 minutes later

Right outside my house in De Valera Place Dublin 7 there is a tree that has been left to over grow for years this summer it has blocked all the light in my windows. The tree in question is outside no.6 and no.7. If you can remove this tree or cut right back as it's going to cause an accident

  • No one has come out to look at this tree. So I guess I'll get the papers involved just so before their is an accident that at least someone has a record of this report.

  • Still the tree is over grown now the branches are down to eye level someone is going to loose an eye. Don’t say you haven’t been warned when it goes to court if someone’s eye is cut or worse. I’ll show the judge the reports I made.

  • Someone is going to loose an eye with this tree. The branches are getting lower to the ground there just 6ft from the ground. The local councillors have been informed that nothing is been done to resolve this situation.

  • Still to this day the tree hasn’t been cut back. Now with the kids summer holidays coming up theirs going to be an accident. This is just evidence to show it has been reported on more than one or two occasions.

  • The papers said that you have to mind your own business. You should be more concerned that your neighbours find out about your grow house
