There are 3 or 4 poles without light situted between Westside apartments and reverside apartments. At night time the place is in total darkness because the poles are beside eachother and none is working.

  • Still no working lamps a total of 4 they are all beside eachother and results in total darkness at night. The lamps are located again between Riverside and Westside apartments.
