Street Light No.11 is in severe danger of been damaged by a tree planted beside it in the past 3 years. The tree has already exceeded the height of the light and it hits the light in strong winds. My concern is for bits of the light falling on pedestrians
This light is now starting to flicker. It must have been damaged in the recent high winds with the tree hitting it.
