  • This house looks like it is abandoned it is an eyesore and on a main road,

The bushes are walking alive with mice,

And the brush is so overgrown that if it was to catch fire it is so close to the house/ apartment building that I’m sure there would be fatalities.

  • No the problem is still the same way, The corner of Ratoath Estate looks like an abandoned house it’s infested with rodents,

A lot of senior citizens live in that complex and it’s not proper that they have this at their front door.

  • No this problem has not been fixed,

Nobody from Dublin City Council has looked into this matter,

This block of apartments/flats are on the corner of Ratoath Estate Cabra Dublin 7,

As you enter the Estate this eyesore is on your right hand side on the corner it cannot be missed,

The brush and trees are 12ft high and the place is walking alive with rodents mice rats etc,

Dublin City Council management need to appoint someone to investigate this matter,

does it belong to a private coop who is collecting rent and maintenance fees from the tenants and not carrying out any maintenance of the property,

Do Dublin City Council have the authority to tell whoever is responsible for the upkeep of this place to clean it up or they will and hit you with the bill,

Or is it Dublin City Council who is responsible for the upkeep of this property,

Either way this place needs to be cleaned up there is elderly/vulnerable people living there.

Security alone is a factor The place is completely covered by brush giving the thief complete comfort to carry out his deeds.

I really wish Dublin City Council management would look into this and have it sorted once and for all,

I have attached a photo of the said property for your reference and this is just the driveway entrance. Please appoint someone who will look at this properly .
