Weeds & lack of pavement

The M3 Motorway opened in 2010 splitting our Bush Lane Raynestown in half. I am referring to the western side of the Raynestown Lane from the flyover to several hundred yards down in the direction of Batterstown. There is a stone pavement on the eastern side up to the flyover but for some reason nothing was built on the western side and it is only grass verge. Since 2010 and with the exception of the first 50 feet of grass verge to the west of the flyover, no maintenance has ever been performed down the road to the first turn off. In addition to the high grass and large weeds, there is an abundance of weeds which have sprouted between the kerb-stone and the road down to the turn off left and beyond for a further 100 yards. Firstly, can the above area be fixed and secondly, will there eventually be a stoned pavement. I ask this as a number of people have to walk in the road 9which is a bend) and with the increasing growth of trees and bushes either side it is becoming more hazardous for all concerned. Thank you. • NO response from your staff as promised on 8th August 2019, some six weeks ago. The trees and grass are getting higher. Is there any purpose to this process if the responsible department do not reply?
