Highly visible signage required to protect seals

Sent to Wicklow County Council 3 minutes later

Seals come to Lime Kiln beach to give birth to their pups in Sept & Oct but people are allowing dogs to roam freely in the area and this is a potential disaster for the seals. Clearly visible signage needs to be used here.
