Street lights not working

All of the street lights on Muirfield Drive, Bluebell are not working. It makes the walk from the Bluebell luas stop to Lansdowne Gate apartments very dark and dangerous. This is a very busy walkway that leads out to the Long Mile Road. I have been reporting these broken lights for more than a year now.
