Broken street light

Reported in the Street Lighting category by Linda Kehoe at 18:15, Mon 18 November 2019
Sent to Dublin City Council 5 minutes later

I've reported this street light as broken numerous times over the past two years but haven't witnessed any attempt to fix it. Richmond Road is dangerous enough for drivers and cyclists in the day time, and at night pretty lethal. There are large potholes and uneven road surfaces, and it's very easy to hit the kerb by car or bike. I need to turn right at this broken light every evening, and would really appreciate it being fixed..

  • It has not been fixed, and I have since called the council and reported it over the phone yet again. It's ridiculous that it has been broken for at least 2.5 years...
