From the entrance to the lower Demesne on Ross road down to the entrance into the sewage treatment plant in the Demesne, all of the storm drains are blocked with leaves and debris causing water ponding. When cars drive through this, a wave of splashes over unsuspecting pedestrians walking on the footpath who are then drenched wet.
Debris has not been cleared from the drains even though the foot path & road was cleaned
Storm drains still not cleaned
Grass now growing out of this drain, also grass growing on side of foot path
