Reported in the Road or path defects category anonymously at 11:57, Fri 20 December 2019
Sent to Kerry County Council 3 minutes later

From the entrance to the lower Demesne on Ross road down to the entrance into the sewage treatment plant in the Demesne, all of the storm drains are blocked with leaves and debris causing water ponding. When cars drive through this, a wave of splashes over unsuspecting pedestrians walking on the footpath who are then drenched wet.
