Dear Sir / Madam,
Re Walsh rd,.Drumcondra, Dublin 9. The bottom of Walsh rd beside the entrance of Griffith Park is covered in leaves that have now turned to dangerous mush. These decaying wet leaves on the road and footpath go right down to the road closure bollards at the bottom of Walsh rs / Ferguson rd. A heavy industrial cleaner will be needed at this stage to lift the debri. Also the sides of the curbs need to be done. I am afraid that someone will slip and hurt themselves.
