Abandoned van

Van parked fully on path for years now. Council contacted by various concerned parents and they've refused to move it. Now the Van's windows have been smashed and there is glass everywhere. This is a UK reg: Rf04lzh and completely unroadworthy and uninsured. Our School kids pass this van every day and may get injured from the broken windows.

  • Council came and photographed van and it is still present. The broken windows are a serious risk. Cant understand why council is allowing a vehicle in this state to be allowed on the road. It is a danger to our children
