Unusually long wait at traffic light

This morning at 7.11 AM I waited over 5 minutes for a green traffic light, at the junction between Naas Rd and Davitt Rd, turning right. Usually the wait time is 1-3 minutes. I am not sure if it ever went green, as I had to move on, so at 7.17 I went straight instead of turning right. Traffic in other directions was okay, with frequent change in traffic lights, except for those turning right.
