TRiP HAZARD ON FOOTPATH WHERE TWO SLABS OF CONCRETE MEET WITH EXPANSION GAP 1 SLAB HAS BEEN DISPlACED UPWARDS BY 3-4 INCHES FOR THE FULL WIDTH OF THE PAVEMENT LEAVING NO POSSIBLE ROUTE TO AVOID THE HAZARD.

  • This problem has been reported to the council over 2 years ago engineer has looked at it we have been told it is a serious problem and needs to be sorted,there is high volume of footfall on this path but still nothing has been done and the problem is getting worse.

  • Path is still as bad if not worse since reported 12 weeks ago.

  • This problem still has not been dealt with and I have just today July 27th picked an elderly lady in her 70’s of the path who just tripped on the hazard which I have sent photos of, thank goodness she had no serious damage done bar been shaken up, this is not acceptable.
