Sent to Sligo County Council 4 minutes later
TRiP HAZARD ON FOOTPATH WHERE TWO SLABS OF CONCRETE MEET WITH EXPANSION GAP 1 SLAB HAS BEEN DISPlACED UPWARDS BY 3-4 INCHES FOR THE FULL WIDTH OF THE PAVEMENT LEAVING NO POSSIBLE ROUTE TO AVOID THE HAZARD.
This problem has been reported to the council over 2 years ago engineer has looked at it we have been told it is a serious problem and needs to be sorted, there is high volume of footfall on this path but still nothing has been done and the problem is getting worse.
Still nothing and problem only getting worse
Path is still as bad if not worse since reported 12 weeks ago.
This problem still has not been dealt with and I have just today July 27th picked an elderly lady in her 70’s of the path who just tripped on the hazard which I have sent photos of, thank goodness she had no serious damage done bar been shaken up, this is not acceptable.
Problem still exists
The council came out & did a small bit of work were to come back a couple of weeks later but still no sign!
