Damaged footpath

Reported in the Road or path defects category anonymously at 11:57, Saturday 2 May 2020
Sent to Meath County Council 3 minutes later

A lamppost (yet to be finished!!) was installed back in Nov/Dec 2019 outside No 10 Claremont estate, Navan. The path outside No 9 and No 10 was dug up while installing this lamppost and a temporary surface of black tarmac was laid, which was an extremely ugly job, which also left the walls of No 9 filthy, to date nobody has come back to finish this job. The lamppost (minus the light!!) is still there as is the ugly temporary surface which is now breaking up and is a trip hazard, particularly when it’s dark. It’s as if it’s been forgotten about. The path needs to be fully repaired ASAP.
