Domestic waste thrown all over street to rear of 22 Lisowen Avenue Buncrana. Bins overflowing constantly. Vermin, birds, dogs and cats all being attracted to the rubbish. This problem is ongoing for months and months. Neighbours have to keep doors and windows closed because of threat of vermin coming into houses. Dog and cat foul has to be cleaned up constantly by neighbours because so many animals are attracted to the waste.
