Two cars drove through pedestrian crossing on red this evening (27th); a third car stopped on the crossing on seeing a pedestrian walking across her path. The red traffic light was obscured by a parked van. The attached photo shows the parked van obscuring the traffic light. This danger could be avoided by placing another traffic light on the median.
