The paths around Lower Salthill Rd (Crescent - Devon Rd crossing for e.g) are in poor condition. The concrete is cracked and not suitable for full accessibility, hatches for utilities are damaged, and leaf/moss buildup is a slip hazard particularly while the temps are so low
