Unsightly rubbish

There is a mess of blue council bags dumped at the green area in Ratoath estate Cabra Dublin 7, There is also a large piece of tree stump which is very unsightly (photo attached) and DANGEROUS to small Children who are going to get injured climbing on this. I have reported this on several occasions and no action has been taken to resolve this problem.
